I just noticed this morning that my client is now crunching Human Proteome work units. I don't have that project selected in my projects, neither do I have checked, the option to crunch something else if there is no work available for my selected project.

Why has it suddenly decided to crunch these? Go to My Grid - Device Manager - Device Profiles. Which projects are checked? This setting overrides the general website list at My Grid - My Projects. Lawrence |

Ah ok, I didn't realise that those settings would override the website settings. I do have the option to grab other projects if no work for selected project checked in there, so I guess FA@H must have run out of work at some stage.

Actually, what overrides is the project-profile last saved, where changing the "My Projects" selections will adjust the device profiles. That's for those that manage larger farms / multiple devices. From the My Projects Page:
----------------------------------------Here you can select which projects you'd like your computer to work on. This will set the preference for all of the computers that you currently have. If you are running the United Devices agent you may change the settings on a device by device basis by going to the Device Manager and customizing your device profiles. It's not fully clear to me if it does it for all or just the 'default' profiles. In BOINC you can select what the 'default' profile is. It suggests that if you set 'work' as your default, that would also get adjust if changing the "My Projects". I've never tried it to know if it holds true.
