I'm upgrading to a new computer. What is the process for moving account to that computer so that I don't lose my statistics, team participation, etc.?

Just make sure you use the same name and password that you originally registered with.

What Agent are u using?
----------------------------------------Just install the agent of choice, make sure to select the 'existing member' box and enter your exact same name and password you have for the devices already registered. It will pick up after first update where you left off. As *you* are a member of a team, all devices you register under your existing handle will automatically get added in. cheers for moderator: nelsoc, please move this thread depending on agent to either UD or BOINC support.
