I have re-installed the agent twice in the belief that it had become corrupted. But I am still getting the following message:
Error loading grpahics window Error Number: 53 MSG: File not found: UDwin_3801_2844.DLL I get this message both when I hit the graphics button and when I shut down. Otherwise, the agent is continuing its work. This began when I installed a new Anti-Spyware application (CA 2007). Related? Solutions? FK |

----------------------------------------Yes, the problem is very likely due to the anti-spyware application. If you enter "UDwin_3801_2844.DLL" in the searh window at the top right of this screen and perform the search, you will see that this has been discussed several times in these forums. This thread in particular mentions the CA anti-virus software. Others mention different anti-virus packages, but the result is similar. I take it that there is no way to alter the settings of the Spyware. So, would you recommend I try BOINC?

Hello fkrodel,
Yes. If UD does not work, try BOINC. If BOINC does not work, try UD. Lawrence |
