Just crossed over the first million marker in a little less than 7 months. Just have to say ----FEELS

On your first million Bearcat. Our grid is just over a million results returned today too. It took a millennium to get there.  Our summer upgrades will be done soon to so we can start spooling up for the next 1000 years and million results. Good luck with your next million as well. -Melchior |

Surely he's talking about his university network. RCTCgrid has a large number of machines on their campus, all registered under one member name. They've done a million WCG results taking 1,000 CPU years. They are 'partner' to WCG so have things like sub-team facilities.

Just crossed over the first million marker in a little less than 7 months. Just have to say ----FEELS GOOD----! So how long did it take you to get your 1st million?Randy WTG on the milestone! Every unit counts, and you're doing great! I don't remember how long it took for the first million points, but in 3 months, I've moved up the ladder a few notches. I think it said #675 in personal results today. But my boss lets me use many machines on the corporate network. They're not power machines, but they are steady.     |
