A teammate of mine is having an issue with HFP2/BOINC running on Win2000.
----------------------------------------A few days ago, we were receiving the standard 1073741819 error. No longer. He reset the project and now results are currently pending, but they have zero time and zero claimed credit. Ah, so it's 'He' sending all these work units in with zero time and zero claim which reportedly turn from Pending Validation into Invalid (See post by JmBoullier).
----------------------------------------For that "standard" 1073741819 error see this FAQ pointing to the solution: http://boincfaq.mundayweb.com/index.php?language=1&view=98 of that part. It's not easy to solve. Could you please edit your original post and break up the url as it does not fit on my 17" hi-res screen.

1073741819 is no longer in the error logs.. and I broke that URL so it wouldn't break the margins

I don't see this post that you're talking about. Vester copied the FAQ. As you see there are many possible causes and whilst the particular error number may have disappeared, the error log indicates one or more of the items still apply and need fixing. One line in the log suggests so: Reason: Access Violation (0xc0000005) at address 0x0043CF01 write attempt to address 0xC1787579 JmBoullier discussed the zero time/claim in a quorum. http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/printpost?post=118017 As for the none-wrapping of long lines, you have one or more still left. You should be able to see them by going into edit mode and hit the preview button of the OP.

As for the none-wrapping of long lines, you have one or more still left. You should be able to see them by going into edit mode and hit the preview button of the OP. The margins are now blown by the image, not my post. Back to the issue at hand, I'll see if any of those idea fix our problem. Thanks. |

Sekerob I think you forgot a smiley after your comment? Even if "He" is one of the sender of the WUs I have reported I think the server would not have sent 2 WUs of the same problem to the same machine, would it? |

Jean, I'm sure you read of multiple reports regarding zero time/credit claim, not only the 2 that happened in the quorum you
----------------------------------------processed a WU for or? Disappointed you did not analyse there is actually a "e.g." missing in the quoted line between "See" and "Post" ![]()
