Error reading setup initialization file
A friend of mine installed the GridOrg application but failed to join the team - despite following the link and trying to join.

Eventually he uninstalled the software and tried to re-install it...but it errors

"uninstalled World community grid and tried to reinstall and keep getting this"

ERROR READING SETUP INITIALIZATION FILE

any ideas?

Hi Griff,

-What Operating System?
-Is There A Proxy in between?
-What Security Software (Firewall,DEP,Antivirus,Antispam)?
-Is 'your' friend able to log into WCG website and his "My Grid" > "My Profile" page from that computer?
