So far I have not been able to. First, my apartment here in the Chicago area is a bit too small to allow for a table with 3 or 4 batches brewing at one time. Then, so far, lifting and moving 5 gallon buckets of beer is too dificult on my prosthetic. Finally, my stove here is electric and it would be difficult to do a one hour boil on it with the size of a batch of beer -- much easier on a gas burner.

All is not lost, however. I bought this sturdy and large propane burner:

which I plan to use at one of my sons homes (outside, of course) where I will have his help hefting things around. Should be trying that pretty soon.

Until then, I am satisfying myself with lots of different microbrews. Some of them even come pretty close to what I was brewing myself!
