Sorry Clay, but the possibility to contact members is restricted to those of your team and only if they activate the option in their member profile. There are a number of privacy reasons for that, most prominently the risk of being mailed by others you'd not want contact with. Just post a note in your team thread to ask for activiting captain to member and member to captain contact feature.

On team recruiting: here, you are pretty much "preaching to the converted". Everyone is already involved with WCG, and not everyone sees the benefit of teams.
So, what most team captains do is recruit in a place where their target audience can be found. I keep on (and on, and on) about WCG to the UFies, and any geeks that will listen. You could do the same in any Islamic forums you belong to - or you could join a few just for this purpose. I wish you much success. |
