Regrading 'faah1852_ d119n022_ x2AZ9_ 00_ 2--' It's not on my computer

Bit of a story goes with this. My system wasn't downloading a few days work at a time - been failing to do that for months. I went to the forums and read on possible solutions. I tried them. After third attempt I think I solved it; at least several day's work landed on my computer in one go so I think it's solved. However, because of the ways I tried to solve the problem I thought maybe I had lost some units from the system.

I went to my results status page and checked what it claimed was on my system with what was actually there. It all checks fine except for a unit titled:

faah1852_ d119n022_ x2AZ9_ 00_ 2--

Which is marked as 'In progress' on my system.

That unit is not on my system (though I think it might have been - mmm.... briefly (gulp). So it got lost among my trying to sort out the units not being downloaded problem. Thought I should mention here so that someone can arrange to have it sent out again.

Hope this helps. Sorry.

Not a problem. Things like this happen frequently. If three units are not returned within a reasonable length of time, the system sends out another one automatically.
