Looks like a false alarm to me (that's a data file, not an executable).

But if you want to play safe and delete it, that's fine too.

I run Avast and HPF2 and did a deep scan and found nothing with ashsimp2.exe. Some viruses supplant themselves and nutcracker is not funny and quite old, so suggest you do so too as the source may come from another file you obtained from the internet. Hopefully it was just a falls positive.
