As-Salaam Alaykom (Peace be upon you)  Quran 2:177 "Righteousness consists of the belief in God, the Day of Judgment, the angels, the Books of God, His Prophets; to give money for the love of God to relatives, orphans, the destitute, and those who are on a journey and in urgent need of money; to set free slaves and to be steadfast in prayer, to pay the charity out of savings, to fulfill one's promises, and to exercise patience in poverty, in distress, and in times of war. Such people who do these are truly righteous and pious." Quran 38:29 "[Here is] a Book which We have sent down unto thee, full of blessings, that they may mediate on its Signs, and that men of understanding may receive admonition." The above verse is a sanction and command to a Muslim to do science as an act of worship. In the Quran, "travel" may be a euphemism for hard or careful work (as it is in this verse). If you find the view of 1,200,000,000 Muslims to be against the WCG Forum Rules, then please stop reading this thread. Few Muslims participate here in WCG. I would like there to be more. This thread is designed to provide a "Muslim Friendly" environment. Without toleration of Quran (the Book of the Muslims) by the WCG management in a thread with a disclaimer as above, I see little hope of the 1,200,000,000 taking an interest in WCG participation. WCG Management, please permit this tread to live, as it has manners that Muslims are comfortable (like regular reference to Quran). WCG Management, please tolerate the way that 1,200,000,000 Muslims observe their being welcome -- where the Quran is welcome, Muslims know they are welcome too. If you find the view of 1,200,000,000 Muslims to be against the WCG Forum Rules, then please stop reading this thread Chip this statement is comment and open to argument I`m afraid. Against the rules is just that and no one should turn a blind eye to sin should they ? Not that I have judged it so. Please remove the disclaimer. |

Brinktastee Excrement is an invaluable way of getting waste from the human system, doesn`t make it a polite topic of conversation or even on topic. In this case the tool mentioned was meant as a rude low remark or could have been taken threateningly. A lady finds it distasteful and quite rightfully, it has no relevence here especially in such a thread. I fully expect the relevent posts, including this, to be removed shortly it`s only right. Never understood the whole kill animals because I can process. Yes if you need to and do understand its necessary in times of over population but just to hang some poor animals head on your wall?
