one the actual use of bi-locational radiometry is a fact ,research now in progress at the howard hughes medical insititute will confirm this .targeted ligand therapy is a groundbreaker ,at mit nanoassemblers compile layered retinal light sensing microwafers placed at the seared ends of blind eye corneas the microwafers relay light strength signals to the brain and the born blind see in limited greyscale ,joining these int a database fusion to fight hiv might just be possible

I've seen documentaries (Alan Alda Science series on PBS) about artificial retinas. It's fascinating stuff - kind of in the same place as cochlear implants were about 15 or 20 years ago. But how will that help with HIV? If you're talking about light therapy targeted at the virus, I think that research was a dead end - at least partly because HIV can hide in many places besides just the blood. If getting rid of HIV were as simple as a modified form of dialysis, I think that would have been done a long time ago.
