Hello landolini,
If you are running the UD client, then download http://worldcommunitygrid.org/files/WCGridMaxCPU.exe and speed up the throttle to 100% as explained in http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=2683#61655

If you are running BOINC, then change the Device Preferences to 100%.

If Task Manager shows you running at less than 90% after changing the throttle to full speed, get back to us and describe your computer (OS and CPU).

italiano?

To add to Lawrence' reply, thinking you run BOINC based on work unit title:

If the process uses only 10%, something else is using a lot more. Have a look in the TaskManager, "Processi" tab and look for wcg_faah_autodock_5.28_windows_intelx86 (if you are on windows). That should by default get about 30% on a dual core (C2D) or 60% on a single core computer.

If you click on the CPU column header you can sort the processes and see what activity is getting most CPU time.

If you want more processing power assigned, go to My Grid > Device Manager > Device Profile > Default > And select the Maximum Performance option and save. After, go to BOINC advanced view, project tab and hit Update in left margin to get the effect applied. It should run now at 100% of the available idle time.

ciao

Sorry for confusion. BOINCmgr has 2 GUI's: Simple View and Advanced View which you may not have on Linux (what's your version of Linux and BOINC????). In BOINC Manager go to Projects Tab, select WCG and hit the Update button in left margin.

Now on the processing.... standard the science runs in 'Nice' mode, so something is holding it up. Didactylos knows his way around Linux, so hope he comes out and helps you along.

ciao

Added: Sample screenshot of BOINCmanager Projects tab on Linux from the Manager manual http://boinc.berkeley.edu/manager.php:
