is it just me or does it seem like points are hard to come by these past few days. I believe my points have cut in half from over 1,000 to around 500 for the last 3 days or so. still 24/7 and running relatively silent. way to go team.

Check your Results Status page. You may have more WUs going into Pending Validation that typical at the moment. I only have one machine and keep a three day queue of work so a lot of the time, when I start on a WU, the others who got it have had three days to work on it already. From time to time though, I hit a period where more go into Pending Validation and I just have to wait on the quorum. Yesterday was my fourth best day ever (2600+ points) because I got three WUs completed that validated and two more that were in Pending Validation validated as well. I also had a couple of lean days before that too.

Hi mates.
----------------------------------------I've been kind of busy over the past few days but am still hovering about in the background, and returning WUs - just in case anyone thinks I'm sleeping on the job here. It seems we had a spot of bovver while I was elsewhere, but all looks quiet on the western front just now. Don't even know what it was all about, and not sure that I want to. Crunch on MOT. ----------------------------------------Don't frequent the forums so much nowadays but thanks for the cheers. Should have a more stable points ouput now. Got rid of the ole PIII cruncher for a C2D. Hope you're all enjoying the Northern Summer. Pretty cold here at 35 deg south. If you register for our website, you can get to directions for using a new stats box I've set up for you on another site. The old team forum is gone too so that link doesn't work.Enjoy the C2D! I hope to see my work replace my old Pentium M laptop with a dual core box next year. I still get tempted to get me one of my own though. Are you west coast OZ like blueprint or east coast? Hello there Hintsala I have been getting some very long work units here lately anywheres from 8 hours to 30 hours on one of my older crunchers. I think that is slowing us up some--cheers |

Well my Wu's are taking about 8 hours to complete and I now see that I have 2 WUs pending validation so I guess everything is fine. Can't wait for that climate prediction thing to start. Any idea on when the new programs will start. I read it somewhere but seem to be unable to find it again. Cheers all.
