I always receive this message:
No work could be sent. Your computer has only 60.2 MB of disk space remaining allocated to BOINC; Genome Comparison requires 100.0 MB. Not enough disk space (only 60.2 MB free for BOINC). Review preferences for maximum disk space used Where I can change this attitude. |

Have a look at the Disk tab (in the advanced view of BOINC Manager). What does it show?

Check your profile in the BOINC device manager. There may be one for home/work/school, arbitrary names. Mine is set to 5.0 Gb since I am attached to 39 different BOINC projects for testing. It is possible to delete disk space for obsolete projects, but it looks like you need more to start with. Multiple projects (even WCG projects) require more space, and a larger queue requires more space (connect to network every x days).
----------------------------------------Disk and Memory Usage Use no more than: Gigabytes of disk space Leave at least: Gigabytes of disk space free Use no more than: % of total disk space Write to disk at most every: seconds My disk tab (suggested above) shows 1.61 Gb used by BOINC, and there is a large pie chart for slices for each project.
