All I can see myself for you is the result after it is converted to WCG global statistics numbers.

speculating that given WCG is running only once per day the team stat updates (00:00 UTC), that only once per day the stats info in the BOINC export file is refreshed on which any external BOINC-statistics are build? Like Didactylos says, give it time, ensure you have a uniform email address recorded, preferably all lower case and you have Joined a Team at WCG and things will come right (provided that any active WCG client/device is attached and active to at least 2 DC projects).
