Princeton must have used the wrong type of hoist bucket. It probably snagged on the shaft and tipped out its contents (construction workers).

On the adjacent plot (1 ha) a villa is being finished. It's hilarious to see these guys dig under the construction waste at times just 20-30 cm (1 foot) of soil over. ON the first the new owner will put a spade in the ground to plant, he'll hit brick / cement / wood / concrete and more. Thing is, he'd trucked in about 100 transports of clean soil as top layer of about 60 cm since the hill is dense with rocks and pebbles and shells.... yes Italy used to be sub sea levels, so you find pebbles and shells out all the way up the 2.9km Maiella.

Anyway the 60cm soil was put on top 'before' the waste disposal activities.
Now guess what happens to the construction company wence he unearths this: They get

Hi! restof; I don't think there is any fixed limit. In the grorg it ran for many thousands of posts, but was restarted every thousand. It always came down with a BUMP
