I have tried to send the WU result in but it says 'Agent paused see www.cg......' then it says 'C0nnecting to grid server' and then back to the 'agent Paused message'
What is wrong? |

Perhaps the server. I have tried everything else. I noticed it this morning on mine.

Please be patient, and the agent will keep trying until it succeeds. The techs will look into it when they get in to work. |

Hi All,
I am having the same problem with my agent.I started it again and then it tried to connect to the grid server but then a message comes up whihc say agent paused.Is there anything i need to do. Regards Ashjavi |

Nothing you need to do. It will keep trying until it gets work again.
