The database situation has improved but is not yet to the point where it is performing as it should. There have been some periods of time where some members are getting the internal server error message. These periods of time last for a short time and the client will then automatically retry.

We are continuing to look for the problem. We are starting to suspect that there is a problem with the communications to the network attached storage.

It has been tricky to locate because when we stop the database for more than 10-15 minutes, then the problem disappears for about 24 hours. This had led us several times to think we fixed it, only to have the problem return.
