What is the rank/definition of the various "Cruncher" titles?

When I joined WCG a mere 4 weeks ago, I saw that I was given a title of "Cruncher" underneath my name in my forum postings.

I vaguely noticed that earlier this week it had changed to "Advanced Cruncher", or something like that, and thought "Cool, what did I do to rate the promo?" (along with "gee, WHEN did that promo happen, and what ROCK was I sleeping under at the time?!" cool ) I made a mental note to look thru the forum threads to see if there was some sort of explained reason/level/etc to it.

I just found that mental note and looked for said info (but didn't find, ergo this post) ...and I now see that I am a "Senior Cruncher".
{Wow! If only I could get promoted so fast at my JOB!! biggrin }

So now I am REALLY curious as to not only what is the basis for these titles, but also what is the "rank order" for the other various Cruncher titles I see out there.
Is there some Master List of various "Cruncher" titles, and their rank/definition?

Depends on the number of posts you have made. The list is here: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=5501#44298

Ranks (based on the number of posts) are explained in the mvnForum documentation in http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/mvnplugin/mvnforum/docs/admin.html
Rank Management

Ranks are a catchy way to categorize forum users based on the amount of their participation. Use the rank management to set the participation thresholds for how many forum posts a user must participate in to achieve a new ranking.

By default, mvnForum installs with 4 ranks, Stranger (less than 20 posts), Newbie (less than 50 posts), Member (less than 100 posts), and Advanced Member (more than 100 posts).

We have changed the rank titles.

Ah! Silly me... and here I was thinking it was somehow a reflection of the amount of crunching I was doing... not the volume of my mindless babblings! tongue
At the rate a few of us are going over on the Hexgame, Step Ladder, and Quote of The Day threads... we will all be "Ace Crunchers" in no time! biggrin

Thank you both for your educational responses!

(note to self: RTFM...)

Heh. We all say RTFM, but do you have any idea how hard it was for me to find that post with the titles? Speaking of which, I ought to move it to the FAQs. Soon....

edit: Done. http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=13620
