Are we there yet? (Y2K)

By my calculations, we just reached the second millenium - two thousand years of aggregate CPU time.

Everybody can take a bow.

Hi Filbert,
We'll know tomorrow shortly after 06:00 GMT. I think we'll break the 2 Millenium barrier in style 22 days after completing our first Millenium which took 30 days to complete so we're accelerating nicely we had 31065 members at that point now we have 42,099 who knowshow many will be added today.

I believe that we have reached it! I haven't exactly checked, but I think it has! YAY! Anyways, now we look on into the future, when we hit the Y3K mark! biggrin

Just out of curiosity how close is the current protein folding project to being completed? It would be nice to see in the global statistics page how close the project is to completion.

From my knowledge, they can't really tell for certain, however, they claim that it will take roughly about 1 more year... wink
