I have a potential teammate who is getting this message when trying to install the agent. Any and all feedback, advice and input welcomed. I hate to lose a potential cruncher if we don't have to.

Classic Security software problem. What Antivirus is running and what if any Software Firewall? Is this an ex Grorg, than same action as what was needed to be done for the 'during startup created' UDwin_3801_2814.DLL.
