unable to process task data. Backing off...

I have a probleme with the software, it's tell me: "unable to process task data. Backing off...". it was working fine until this afternoon. I finished a research while I was not on-line. Since that moment, it's telling me that.

What should I do?

By the way, I am using vista with a good processor and 1go of ram.

I found a solution to my probleme here:

just change the autorisation of the folder to "full control" for user (i'm using a french windows so I m not sure of the "full control"
