Funny you should mention that.... ba dum bump!
Insurance company has FINALLY set up 2nd adjuster who's to contact me about rotten wood. Insects not covered, but missing wood, rotten wood, prior water damage IS. As long as they set me up with a good contractor and I can yank that out and get behind it, we're in business  |

Have narrowed flooring for main part of house to 2 candidates. Must ponder details now like cost, warranties, maintenance, installation costs, etc.

Storms got so bad here yesterday that they toppled the big cranes at the port

Sounds like there are just some area's people were not destined to live in.

Cut walls out, found stuff actually pretty good wood-wise, so should be able to seal them back up w/ fresh dry wall, paint and put floors in. FINALLY

Sounds like there are just some area's people were not destined to live in. But why is the worst weather always seem to hit the places that we most would like to live? I wonder if there is any way to move tornado / Hurricane alley up to Greenland? Hope your restorations go good GP, your house will be your home again soon. Get that weather machine going Royden, I've some urgent locations need cleansing in OZ. Parliament house Canberra and surrounding inbreeds. Anywhere a banking CEO lives. Any .corp trading in Water Allocations. Speeding cameras. The neighbors yapping mungral. GPS beckon attached to our Xpriminister. HiYah JC.  The smell of wet paint GP, yum yum. |
