Everytime I RESTART my system, the current running process returns to 0% completed.
----------------------------------------Is there an update or patch that will correct this in the software? I currently have Version 3.0 (2844).

It's not a bug.
Each work unit can only save (checkpoint) at certain points. Normally, the checkpoints are very close together. Sometimes, there is a long time interval between checkpoints. Recently, we have been hearing reports of these long time intervals in Help Cure Muscular Dystrophy work units. Please be patient, and try to let the program get past the difficult point. nelsoc, please move to UD support. |
