Re: Serious Crunchers - Approaching Escape Velocity!

Others have noted long work units too, GP. Seems to be just a batch of tough jobs. Hang in there :)

Re: Serious Crunchers - Approaching Escape Velocity!

Aloha GP!
And everyone else at Serious Crunchers....!
You know, I stopped doing HCMD units the third day it was out. I was really disappointed. It won't benchmark properly, and takes forever to get one work unit done. Plain lousy software.... They need to decide, ud or boinc. And jus stop sittin on the fence. It's gotta be uncomfortable there, anyhow...
cool rose good luck

Darn! I missed it! Stats down for me now. crying

Now I know I have reason to be concerned about my old darlings. I can confirm the throttle is NOT working and I'm losing a lot of crunching because the save points are too far apart and I'm HAVING to shut down for weather or temperature problems.

Expect to see my crunching drop off in the near future. crying sad

Maybe you should run Genome Comparison, GP? Small work units.
