I had to rescue a turtle out of the swimming pool. Think something the size of a dinner plate. And it was NOT happy. So there I am, fortunately in a fairly new bathing suit, as opposed to the ratty ones I usually wear in the backyard, carrying a really angry turtle in the pool net at the end of the pole. I had to open the gate, cross the street in full view of the world and tip it out into the pond across the street. Then make the trek back to my yard.
