I can't login to the grid, the issue might be in the proxy setting (?). My internet connection setting with "use automatic configuration script" ticked. Can anyone help how to enter the correct proxy setting in the grid? thanks.

Hi ookky,
----------------------------------------Proxies are sort of finicky, where at times lots of trial and error is needed before getting past that hurdle. Recently someone had to revert to Http 1.0 to get it going. Anyway, here's a Help search result: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/help/viewSearch.do?searchString=proxy giving various answers. Let us know if any of these do not provide the solution. The fact that you post here is positive as that means that port 80 is open. Also port 443 for outward traffic needs to be allowed to IP 129.33.89.133 + 134 as part of the communications is secure. cheers
