Hi Sekerob,
I was entering something in the search, got that error twice. Got the same error just now when hitting Find all my posts in My Forum Profile. Greetings René |

I'm regenerating the index now - this should fix the problem.
It will take about an hour for the index to be rebuilt. During this time searches will only be done against partial data. |

Hi Baron Samedi,
Just in case you are interested, the Jakarta Lucene index is mentioned in the mvnForum Administration documentation accessed by the 'Help' listed after 'Search': http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/mvnplugin/mvnforum/docs/admin.html Jakarta Lucene - a complete content indexing and searching interface that supports the forum thread search capabililities Build Searching Index mvnForum provides a comprehensive set of search features that enable the user to find posts by author, post topic, and date. The search features are supported by Jakarta's Lucene project. Lucene builds an index configured by mvnforum which speeds user's searches of the forum content. To rebuild the index, click on the Rebuild Searching Index. It has been more than 2 years since I last mentioned anything about the Lucene index, so I just had to thrw that in! Lawrence |

The CAs have email addresses (and phone numbers). Everyone else is welcome to use support@worldcommunitygrid if the contact form isn't available.

Only the Community Advisors have that information. We're not allowed to share it. Sorry.
The public email address is support@worldcommunitygrid.org - it is checked every day, and you should get a fast response. Don't worry too much about server problems - the techs get paged about problems automatically, and the CAs usually send an email with any extra information. |
