Some of the same kinds of messages continue to be posted, but from invisible purgatory. Many would have to be completely edited out to make them family friendly and religion friendly. Like this one? We`ve seen Evodude whose Orange order promotes the killing of Catholics, he uses the Christians as cover. I don`t want to see anyone killed, hurt or suffer which is why I do not like religion. Being an athiest I am not tolerated by any of them, I`m to burn in hell which isn`t nice is it unless I concede to their blackmail which will never happen. Now if you look at all the evidence I did not start the arguments, I was outspoken but within the rules. I have opinions, don`t we all and I enjoy the freedom of sharing them and trying to educate those I think are being hoodwinked Yes I'm sure there are some with rude bits in them but if I were in his position I would probably be tempted to do similar. Only folks he is going to offend by posting them are those that banned him to begin with. Being outspoken should not be against the rules. I will defend Carl or anyones right to do so. It isn't the outspoken ones you should fear. Its the cowards that hide in the corners that worry me. |

I hoped it wouldn't come to this, but if it makes you happy: here is a list of reasons carl.h was banned (as I observed them - I don't know exactly which carried most weight with the staff): - Making obscene or hate related posts, and expressing intolerance of others by denigrating their religion. - Making the forum an unpleasant place for others - Making posts that are unsuitable for children to read - Hijacking other members' threads without their consent - Attempting to start a flame war - Failing to follow requests by Admins and Community Advisors - Failing to comply with a formal warning from WCG and, after being banned, he added to the list: - Attempting to spoof other members' user names - Attempting to post profane language - Attempting to get around the ban Any single one of these reasons would be sufficient excuse for World Community Grid to ban him. However, they gave him the benefit of a warning first. This topic is now closed. We have imposed on Team Christians enough. If you want to campaign, you may do it in your own team thread - but you must still comply with the rules yourself. |

That`s your opinion Diddy and you`re entitled to it no matter how wrong it is and it is.
The fact remains WCG did not apply the rules as specified and laid out. They still continue not to do so. Retsof has hijacked, started flamewars as have you. You have made the forum unpleasant for others and lot`s more. Other members commited similar but were from Christians or other where is their justice ? but you must still comply with the rules yourself. As I`ve stated before the admin here are NOT fair and do not know justice nor are they even handed. |

The fact is I`m too outspoken mostly still within forum rules and that is a liability. The mods personally do not like me or my team as we refuse to cower.
I will remain outspoken and you know it, so what to do ? How much sway does carl.h have ? Does it make a difference ? Is it actually possible to ban someone completely ? What sort of PR would it give to the liberal minded majority, quiet they maybe...at the moment ? Knowing that carl.h has saved as much evidence as possible how high will he take it knowing Admin hasn`t followed their own rules, albeit they would try to elaborate? So we play this poker hand, the one man and the might of IBM. Who`s taking bets ? |

----------------------------------------David? James? Diana? Are you there? What did you all do on the weekend? I've been reading a couple of light books..... We had long calls from the 4 children. Napping when I feel like it..... I know. It's a very good life. The orchids, zamias and trees are very demanding. I need to repot at least 6 of them. The trees are getting too big to handle but I love them. I don't care how much work they are. Diana, you wouldn't believe my small bed room. It's really my garden room with a small bed tucked into one corner for times when our daughters come down. The entrance to it is almost closed by trees and a big zamia. They have to move fronds to enter. Well there's my weekend rambles since I couldn't write yesterday We haven't heard from Giddie! Blessings on your marriage, Giddie. Almost down to a 4 digit rank in all three categories. it's true that the higher you go, the steeper the curve to the next Other than that, we finished off some left over fireworks from the 4th and I went to bed 4 hours earlier than usual since I didn't have the chat threads to entertain me. All in all, a good restful weekend. I'm on a short lunch break from work, so it's back to the grind in a few minutes. God bless all. James |
