It's more of the same battle where the politically correct want everyone to be free to have any religion they want except Christianity or Judaism. Not true. Practice any God or Gods that you wish or none at all makes no difference to me. But if you are posting something I disagree with why shouldn't I speak out. Such as this wonderful verse 19 Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," Now how does a loving,peaceful & forgiving God make such a statement? Seems a bit angry to me? Guess that part about turning the other cheek doesn't apply to Him. Is that obvious crap I have issue with. They don't realize that they have their freedom because of Christianity. How so? They are tolerant of everyone who thinks the same way they do, and hostile to everyone else. You mean like when the Teddies discussed another Religion in their thread and one of the CA's chastised them. Wouldn't want to upset the Christians now would we? |

Phicksus, chastising you for merely discussing religion would be totally out of line. Please will you point me to the relevant post so we can look into it? I can't find or recall any such post.

Phicksus, I can't delete posts. If the posts were deleted, then you can conclude that they broke the forum rules. It is true that at the time, nelsoc was cleaning up some of the posts that carl.h was banned for. If you are referring to these posts, then they did not merely "discuss religion".
I've mentioned this before, but I'll say it again: if you (or anyone) is unsure of where the line between religious discussion and religious intolerance lies, then please steer clear of religion altogether, or ask for clarification before posting. |

There is no line betwixt Religious discussion and intolerance when Muslims hate Jews, Catholics hate protestants and they all hate non believers.
Where is their tolerance toward unbelievers ? We`re all going to burn for eternity how is that tolerance ? |
