Good morning.  If anyone finds the UD agent slow, take a look at this: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=13442As a default the UD agent runs at 60% You can down load an application to adjust the percentage from here http://worldcommunitygrid.org/files/WCGridMaxCPU.exe If you use Boinc then you can set it in the Device Manager without having to download anything. Boinc gives you much more control and I suspect that in the not too distant future WCG will ditch the UD agent as being out of date and concentrate purely on the Boinc method.... |

Evening all.
More rain. Isn't a shame it stopped me working in the garden again. Just bumped the CPU proportion up just to see if it makes much difference in the time taken to do a unit on this ageing machine of mine. |

Edwardians and Teds are not the same; Teds are "Theodores" , named after Theodore Roosevelt, while Edwardians are named after King Edward, (same as the potatoes and cigars); The VII of England and the Ist of Scotland.
