Well Ted, I know I'm dumb so can you tell me simply how to fly the flag. I can get to properties from yours but then I can't get any further. How do I get it on to my signature page? Have a lay in tomorrow folks. |

There is no device installation showing on My Grid but is there a device ID on the Agent? Assuming that the agent is used and not Boinc. If there is, use the Contact us-form on the website and ask to which membername that device ID is corresponding. If there is no device ID showing on the agent (is this possible?) there obviously something went wrong with the installation. Uninstall, reboot and reinstall, say you're an existing member and use haldav with password. Or you could install Boinc instead. Boinc shows more information on errors and stuff.
