Well, as far as cryptic messages go, that one takes the cake. In the formula one race Fernando Alonso cheated on his team mate, by holding him up,causing him to drop to second place. Stewards punished alonso by relegating him to 6th place, and replaced the team mate, Hamilton, in the No one spot. Hamilton went on to win the race. I have Six results Pending, each of them requireing one person to complete! Six little Alonso's holding me up! Hence the message! (You obviously dont follow F! Racing! |

Since Schue' left it's the Pits  now they just follow one another around throwing tantrums like spoilt school boys, full marks to that lad Hamilton, he's kept his cool and distance from it all!.'Phew' summer as come with a vengeance these parts, finding it hard to keep cool, blessed midges are biting everywhere as well. Ain't complaining tho' good excuse to have a few cool beers in the garden Have a nice evening all. 'The Old Sage'  |

Ah, makes sense now albeit a bit obscure for us non-F1 fans. Our F1 aficionado JP would have made the connection instantly.  I've found that weekends are normally slower for results validation, probably due to many office crunchers being offline til Monday. "Pending validation" results are as good as in the bank, so to speak. Unfortunately, with the new 4 day limit on FAAH results processing, there may be a few re-do's while these office machines lay dormant for two days. Or three days for those enjoying a long weekend (IE us far westerners). |
