Morning all back to normal summer weather here (its hissing down) Beautiful sunny day here!  Off to Wisley today (RHS Gardens) to see the new glasshouse and a bit of lunch - lovely day for it  Hope you all have a good day  Good morning all, nice here too Merle, have a great day ay Wisley, would loved to have joined you it's one of the of the places I can really relax and switch off in!. Not much chance this weekend tho', her in doors has given me my orders to get the kitchen finished 'or else'!!, I dread her 'or else' so must get on. Have a great day all 'The Old sage'  |

weather wise it would seem we are in/on a "front" that is drifting south wards while all the rest of England basks in super sunny saturdayness
----------------------------------------We in T'northwest are pullingon our sowesters. Good news is it will soon clear up, maybe for early afternoon Bad news is the "front" is coming back up again maybe for early evening  Doesnt leave us much of a window there does it .... |

Clearly the wrong side of the Pennines. Just spoken to Daughter No 2 in Yorkshire, recently moved house, saying she had been sunbathing in the garden.
Here in the Smoke, it's been the best summer day to date. I spent the morning with the 'Village' garden team pruning and clearing the communal garden and then sorted out the rest of the curtains than needed washing. Toujours gai, I now have a glass of cava beside me. So to all crunchers; Enjoy |
