Ud agent & teams

Do i have to uninstall the ud agent to change teams? or is there another way?

Hi Hicks. No, you do not have to uninstall the UD agent. Go to My Grid>Activity Summary: 3 lines down--My Team. Click on your Team Name that is shown.

Now your on My Team page. in the 2nd sction down, it says "Team Control Panel". Click on the button that says "Quit This Team".

Once you are finished and retired from the Team, then you can go join the Team you want. smile
