Have been running the protein folding program for a few days, happy to contribute. However, with the program using essentially the full processor resources, my CPU is running rather hot, close to the point where it will cause a failure. Is there not some way to throttle down the process? Also, why does snooze time out in 5 minutes, and where are the preferences? ... clicking in the button does nothing.
