Hi, I just download my grid since the last week, but I revised my points and is zero ... I need to do something else to activate the system ? Thank you !

Sarita Diaz, the statistics say your agent program has never contacted the WCG servers.
Please will you tell us whether you are using the United Devices or the BOINC agent? Open the window by clicking on the icon in the notification area. Is it busy working, or does it say "paused"? |
