use of grid results

you say the the results are put into the public domain ... but what feedback do you get from the developers of new treatments about the results that are available from the grid?

That primarily you get thru visiting the Research pages for FA@H and following the links in the 1st paragraph. Between WCG collective computing to find the most promising compounds and them being readied for use on the HIV infected can take years or a idea ....such does science sometimes move.

Here a link to the 'Discovery Process ' pages of the Olson labs which includes a short Quicktime animation of how Autodock works.

Look for posts by lawrencehardin who's collected quite a few links in tables for those interested in delving further into the science.
