Short outage on the website at 2:00 UTC on Feb 27th

There will be a short 15-30 minute outage on our website at 2:00 UTC on Feb 27th while we update some configuration files. During this time members will not be able to access the website.

However, the BOINC and UD agents will not be affected by this outage.
