12.5 hours and seems stuck at 98.4%

I have a WU running for 12.5 hours and is stuck at 98.4% for hours now - app version is 5.12. My previous WUs have taken 1.5 - 2.5 hours.
What to do, is this really stuck or just a long WU?

What agent are you running?

Also what is the device ID of the machine with the issue?

Are the graphics changing sequences?

Also, please see if it finishes overnight. But providing the information above is helpful in determining what may be the problem.

Genome Comparison 5.12 (fcg1 5.12)

Host ID is 119257

WU: 10000690-10001201_1

BOINC client via Windows XP

Graphics?

It paused for another project to run. Upon unpasing it restarted and is now again at 98.4% - 40 minutes.
I'm deleting it. If this continues, I'll detach the project.

Re: 12.5 hours and seems stuck at 98.4%

I have not seen any balky workunits in this project myself and am running several per day on 3 fast computers and one slow one.
The dip is because I was out of town for 10 days. Points were still being assigned as others turned their workunits in.

Most of them seem very speedy and consistent. My slowest 500MHz Pentium does take 5-15 hours to complete a workunit, but my AMD64 2.4GHz systems can bite one off in about an hour.

Unfortunately, an exessively long workunit, say more than 10 or 15 times usual, should probably be aborted.

I had the same problem once. I ended up just cancelling that one and started a new one.
