What iks teh average points returned in a day?
Im like at 15k points in under a month. Is this normal-good-bad? |

i guess it depends on your machine...better boxes will crunch harder/better/faster/stronger and will get better points. Points are directly related to how much computational effort is involved with producing a result.

Every donated MHz is appreciated, no matter how large or small! 15000/month is 500/day so I'd say you have a machine thats a few years old or possibly a newer one that you don't leave on 24/7.
----------------------------------------Naturally, newer CPUs can crunch faster and thus earn more points per day/month/year, etc. Dual core AMD A64's and Intel Core2 Duo's can kick out 4000-5000 points/day or more. My personal machine has an Intel QX6700 quad core CPU overclocked to 3.5GHz and it averages 13,500 points/day. ![]() |
