my computers are happily chugging away with work and reporting their results. but when i login to check my stats, the website says that my computers have not returned results in the last 24 hours which is not true !! my machines are not getting credit for their very hard work, and they are starting to complain. does anyone know who i need to contact to resolve the problem ? many thanks !!

Check under "Device Manager" link on the left-handside of the page and select "Results Status". If they results you submitted hasn't been validated (usually matched with other crunchers' results) then you'll not earn credits yet until a sufficient number of results have been validated.
