hello,
in my device profile, I selected to run the aids and the cancer programs (the reason i downloaded the gird). Why am I running muscular dystrophy? |

also, another quick question:
what long term affects does continuously running your pc at 60% have on the lifetime of the processor? Should I not leave my computer on overnight running the agent? |

Hello keylay31,
I suspect that you were sent a Muscular Dystrophy work unit as soon as you installed the client before you set your preferred projects. Future work units will be from the projects you selected. Running your computer at 60% speed should be perfectly safe. Some laptops have very noisy fans when running at 100%.
