I have read that many parents (I'm one of them) also had the same question. I found an article talking about how myspace can put our children/teens in danger. You may read it here (http://www.profilepitstop.com/articles/myspace/are-your-kids-in-danger-4.php). Well, our teens is in danger with myspace but we proper guidance and everything it can be avoided then.

Thanks for the link jshore1
----------------------------------------As a parent of 2 (arrgghh) teenage daughters I find them pretty savvy when it comes to this kind of thing I've just checked my eldests myspace and it's completely private you have to be invited as a friend (I'll ask tonight if I can be "A Friend") before you can see her page - so far so good. My youngest who is off school poorly told me she won't be having a myspace on account of this issues raised in this link. Like all things on the internet you have to occupy the space for good and myspace isn't really the problem it's the world we live in Thanks again though for raising the issue cheers Dave ![]() |
