Just come back to this and wondered if there was an optimised version of FAAH. I am using Boinc 5.8.8 version

Please visit a post by lawrencehardin and mgl_garrett on the matter of perpetual development of AutoDock, which is the program used to run FA@H. Getting BOINC client to tell the servers what features is the first step. Adjusting the science is the next, very long term planning and design-in and further ensuring that sets of 3 copies go to the exact same CPU that have e.g. SSE SSE2 SSSE3 etc is the next challenging problem. It will happen but when, is a 65,000 dollar question.
