Re: It's in the bag, that Millennium Tag

A whole one thousand years fly by in just one week on the world community grid - 1 year every 10 minutes 4.8 seconds, LOL, a day goes by in just 1.648 seconds biggrin

To achieve this feat you need to have 52,143 PC's (more correctly, these days, cores) on all day every day of the week

And every week we get just that little bit faster wink

All freely given now that really is something else.

It's great to be part of this crowd

Dave

Re: It's in the bag, that Millennium Tag

Well Dave, we have now 4 sliding 7 day shoulder to shoulder Millennium 'weeks'. Saturday and Sunday set new record weekend days, and in fact Sunday was an all time weekend day record..... when do we rest u asked..... we seem not to :-)

Statistics Date Total Run Time(y:d:h:m:s) Points Generated Results Returned
01/21/2007 129:362:16:34:00 40,507,020 151,768
01/20/2007 129:244:03:53:37 40,129,463 149,787

Oh and theoretically, from now on it can be every day a Millennium week.... Monday needs to cook up the same recipe as last Monday.

have a nice day, and dont get bored over to that other thread.

Re: It's in the bag, that Millennium Tag

Hi Sek I noticed that Sunday was yet another "best ever"

as for the boredom factor I think I've been now in work 15 Minutes and...

Man I'm Bored laughing

Off to the coffee machine now for a few seconds of excitement as Coffee White One Sugar pops out of the vending machine coffee . I spent the 1 1/2 hrs on the train this morning developing yet more Coldfusion apps driven by MySQL now that was interesting but now I have to wait 8 hours to do the same. It's going to be a looooooooong day straight face Those stats updates are now taking over an hour which is a good thing as it means we must have more crunchers aboard.

Roll on 13:06 UTC

I'll be back

Bored Dave
