I have been able to add BOINC profiles in the past, but when I tried to add a new profile yesterday, I could not find the place to "add new BOINC profile". Can you let me know how I add another profile (I currently have 4 profiles).

There are 4 standard profiles, default, work, school, home. Why that is is mostly because of the cross DC world alignment of preferences. One day maybe more become available, once things like the BOINC Account Management System (BAM or AMS) become the central control whereone just ticks all projects and weights.
