The Site only offers a program that you must install. Then register with the
website as a user to keep and display your energy saving stats..
It helps to control your normal hardware energy usage settings
and scores you by the amount of hardware down time(energy savings)it succeeds in creating.
The idea sounds worth checking into further and the site has allot of great info!
