Hi all,
I tried to install the client on another pc and received an error message when trying to connect: I could not find any threads about this error message - sorry if I missed them. Does anyone know about this error? Thanks (and a happy new year) Christoph |

Hi,
I've 2 devices in my profile, and today when I tried to install the third client I got the same message: "the grid server was unable to handle your login attempt because its license has expired or has been exceeded". Is there something wrong with grid servers ? +Happy New Year Mehdy ,, |

I get the same message when I try to log any of my 6 servers in.
"The Grid Server was Unable to handle your Log In attempt because its license has expired or has been exceeded. Please Alert the Network Administrator." I take it has to do with something on the WCG end as this appeared to have started at 12:00:01 in the New Year. Hopefully, someone will get the system back up shortly. |

I verify this problem. I tried to register as an existing member with a new installation of the UD client. When I got to the Grid Registration panel, I got the license expired message when I tried to register. I'll send a note about this.

Looks like someone at the world community grid didn't renew some software lincenses. I'm having the same problems |

The problem has been fixed. There was a misunderstanding about when the expiration date was and unfortunately it happened on a day when most people are hard to find. Sorry about the inconvenience.
